Troubleshooting

• Go to: Model > General > Export > Export Configuration
• Click the download button

Bug

Downloading encoded text to export a model is not supported in Power BI Desktop or Internet Explorer.

Tip

a. Copy and paste the export configuration text in a file manually, as explained in the Export and share the Metrics Report section.

b. Use a different browser other than Internet Explorer, like Mozilla or Chrome.
