Audit

Admin can audit the usage of BI Hub platform in the Audit section. Select Audit from the left navigation panel.

The Audit Menu has three tabs – Administrator, User, and Reports.

Administrator#

The Administrator section gives an audit summary of the agents and user's activities.

  1. Agents

You can view the Uptime and Downtime of agents by hovering over the time graph as shown below:

  • You can choose a time range located at the top right corner. This allows you to display the audit logs from yesterday/last 7 days/last month or select from a custom range.
  • The screenshot above displays the 3 states of agents when the Agent not Created, Agent is Down, Agent is Up.
  1. Most Viewed Reports

    Most/least viewed reports
    This section displays a list of the reports viewed the maximum number of times along with the number of views by the users and the count of favorites added to the report.
  2. Least Viewed Reports

The section shows the reports that were least accessed.

User#

The User tab displays valuable information about specific users. In the user tab, select a particular user to view details such as a list of Accessible reports, list of Removed reports or reports revoked from the BI platform for that user and the list of reports Frequently accessed by the user.

You can also sort the logs in ascending/descending order based on each of the fields as well as filter out the information with the username.

Reports#

The Reports tab displays report details such as: Report name, Agent Name, No. of users who have accessed that Report, No. of Views for that Report and No. of Favorites assigned to the specific Report:

  • You can filter the reports based on Report name and Agent name.
  • You can also sort the reports based on No. of users, No. of Views, and No. of Favorites.

Select any report name to view detailed information such as User Name(s) who accessed the report, Created(ion) Date of the user and the Last viewed on timestamp on the report:
