Email Template
To edit the default email template use the Settings > Email Template section.

You can select and edit the following default Email templates:
- Request access - Given
- Request access - Approved
- Request access – Rejected
- Comment Mentioned
- Agent down Notification
Select any Template name and Edit the HTML code and select Save.
You can see a Preview of the Email template in the right-hand side panel.

To restore the default Email template, select the Template name and then select Reset to default.
