Email Template

To edit the default email template use the Settings > Email Template section.

Default Email Template

You can select and edit the following default Email templates:

  • Request access - Given
  • Request access - Approved
  • Request access – Rejected
  • Comment Mentioned
  • Agent down Notification

Select any Template name and Edit the HTML code and select Save.

You can see a Preview of the Email template in the right-hand side panel.

To restore the default Email template, select the Template name and then select Reset to default.
